Shipping Information
ALL ORDERS - To Expedite your orders, we make every effort to ship the same day that orders are taken. Custom / Special Orders take an additional 4-7 days. If you are in a hurry be sure to ask about Second or Third working day service. (not guaranteed December 12-25.) Most small orders are ship via USPS and ground for all others.

Free Shipping - Free Shipping promotions only applies to the contiguous 48 States. Offer is subject to adjustment on merchandise returned for refund. HI, AK, PR, US Territories, International orders are excluded. We will add & charge for actual shipping and handling cost with no hidden fees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We Welcome International Orders. All international orders must be done via email or web site. You must include your phone number and the banks number on the back of the credit card. The customer is responsible to pay all duties, taxes, and tariffs as billed by the courier and imposed by the customs and import department of their respective country. We will add & charge for actual shipping and handling cost. We cannot declare a lower value on your package than the purchase price that you paid. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
ALL RETURNS - Require a RGA number (Return Goods Authorization). Without this number written on the outside of the shipping box, package will be refused. To obtain authorization, please call us. Freight must be prepaid.

RETURNS - All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of part. Any merchandise returned past the 30 days will not be refunded. No returns if you choose a non-stocking special order item. (Items we do not carry) Free Shipping offer is subject to adjustment on merchandise returned for refund. High-End Motorsports does not charge a restocking / processing fee. We require a RGA number (Return Goods Authorization). Without this number written on the outside of the shipping box, package will be refused. Contact us to obtain authorization.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS - Include special orders, (Items Selected as Options) electrical parts/wiring, stripe kits and publications. All returns must be in good saleable condition.
